Marondera City Council has passed a new by-law which seeks to regulate the operations and conduct of advertising firms.
These by-laws may be cited as Marondera Municipal Council (Advertising) By-laws, 2024.
Below we reproduce the by-law in full.
9. Any person who contravenes any prohibition or obligation imposed in terms of these regulations shall be liable to a fine specified in an order of council.
