With properties averaging a staggering US$299, 858 Harare’s leafy Borrowdale has the most expensive properties according to a survey by Property Magazine.
Borrowdale is closely followed by properties in Greendale which go for an average of US$252,715.
Bluffhill, boasting the prestigious, sought after and gated Bluff Hill Industrial Park is third with a pricy tag of US$191,715.
Despite the ravages of time and shoddy service delivery by the Harare City Council, the Avenues comes fourth at US$179,527.
Waterfalls, a residential suburb in the southern region of Harare, under Ward 23 shifts directions from the north of the capital, coming fifth at US$146,683.
Tynwald, at US$139,097, holds fort for emerging suburbs followed by another recent location, Arlington at US$131,513.
Westgate, propped by new locations such as the gated community of Westgate Ocean Park follows with US$115,489.
Zimre Park at US$78,461 and Crowhill at US$43,703 complete the top ten most expensive suburbs in Harare.
