Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) aspiring Councilor for Ward 5 in Norton Panashe Mujeye has been caught on camera defacing an opponent’s posters.
Mujeye can be seen trying to walk away while his accomplices run away.
The offence carries a maximum penalty of a suspension from elections under ZEC statutes.
According to unverified reports the vehicle used in the operation as seen on the video belongs to aspiring Norton MP Richard Tsvangirayi.
